Return & Exchange Policy
Please take note of our size guide and read all details about the garment you have chosen thoroughly before making your purchase.
If you are wanting to return ,exchange or refund your item then please take note of the following:
• You can only return Anon.items bought on this site and not from any other retailer that stocks Anon.
. Only items with the original tags and packaging will be accepted.
• All return/exchange/refund requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed.
• Email us to request a return or exchange/refund.
• Once you receive your return approval notification via email, you can then mail your package to :

• Items must be mailed within 48 hours of receiving your return notification email.
• You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.
Please let us know in your email why you would like to have the item refunded (poor fit etc)
On receipt of your return in good order we will process your refund via our payment gateway Payfast. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for the refund to process (this is the amount of time they stipulate but it usually takes quicker)
Please note the refunded amount will only be for the cost of the item and not the shipping.
If you would like to exchange your item for another colour/size/item of the same value then let us know and we will complete the exchange as much as we are able. If we do not have the replacement size/colour then you may exchange for an item of the same value .
Once we receive your returned item then we will send out your exchange.
The cost of shipping is your expense
• All sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and there for is un returnable.
